Objectives SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The aim of the course of Forestry and Environmental law is to provide students with the conceptual tools they need to know and understand the traditional institutions of the forestry and environmental law related to the forestry company legislation, the forest, soil conservation, protection of areas protected and legal constraints of discipline; also introduces the deepening of international and European law, given the importance that environmental issues play in that area (EIA, SEA). JUDGEMENT: The learner will be able to grasp the legal aspects related to the main issues addressed in the course of educational activities (lectures, tutorials, seminars).

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The learner will be able to present the arguments also emphasizing the interdependencies between the different themes.
